About our ticket types:

Flexible - these are our premium priced tickets that are refundable and transferable, according to the refund schedule (please see the terms and conditions on the ticket description).
Standard - these tickets are our best priced ticket. They will start off at our early bird sale price and increase as the event gets closer. Final price applies from 1st July, if any tickets remain. These tickets are non-refundable so please ensure you have read our terms and conditions before booking.
Disabled - We have two types of disabled tickets; a disabled blue badge holder ticket, which allows the ticket holder to skip the main queue and use the Fast Track entry (see terms and conditions on the ticket descriptions) and the disabled plus carer ticket, which is for a disabled person official carers to go in for free. Wheelchair users automatically qualify for the free carer ticket. Wheelchair space can be booked via the Visit York Information Office or via our Contact page. See ticket description.
Fast Track - This ticket allows priority entry from 5pm.
General - This ticket allows entry starting from 5.30pm, after Fast Track queue has entered.
